This was a training piece piece for the Nationwide bank call center to provide a quick guide for questions on new bank products or to answer specific questions callers have. The booklet and notepads contained common triggers, then provided the correct response to those questions or comments. Having different triggers and responses on a notepad allowed them to learn the responses, just by using something they use everyday. This piece won an Award of Excellence at the 2011 CSCA event.
